Delivery timeframes represent business days from dispatch. Shipments to remote districts may require an additional 1-2 days.
- Complimentary standard delivery is granted on orders exceeding £55 within United Kingdom; smaller consignments are charged £3.95.
- Transit requires 1-2 business days following dispatch.
- Orders received prior to 15:00 on a working day are dispatched that very afternoon.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item remains unused and in its original packaging.
- Payment: cash on delivery, bank transfer.
Order processing
Purchases completed before 15:00 on a working day leave our premises the very same day. Orders received after this cutoff, during weekends, or on public holidays depart on the following working day. An order confirmation email with your reference number will arrive immediately after purchase.

Tracking your parcel
Following order dispatch from our United Kingdom warehouse, an automated shipping confirmation containing a dedicated tracking code is transmitted via email or SMS for live parcel status verification.
Lost or delayed parcel
Should your parcel tracking remain unchanged for 5 business days, please write to [email protected] quoting your order reference. Our team will initiate an investigation with the carrier and, at your preference, dispatch a replacement or issue a complete reimbursement within 10 business days of your notification.
Damaged on arrival
Should delicate holiday decorations arrive with transit damage, contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damaged craft piece, original packaging, and postal label to arrange an immediate replacement or full reimbursement.
Payment methods
Our accepted payment arrangements include Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We shall never request your payment card numbers or online banking credentials via telephone or email.
Delivery outside United Kingdom
We provide delivery to designated destinations. The relevant postal charges and estimated schedules appear during checkout prior to payment. Any applicable import duties remain the responsibility of the recipient.
