Select any piece from Festivetreecraft. If it does not meet your expectations, return it within 30 days and we will refund the purchase amount in full.
The promise
Return any item within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. Reimbursements are credited to the original payment method within 3 business days of return arrival.

Insured delivery
Should an item arrive damaged or go missing in transit, it will be replaced or refunded at our own expense.
Secure payment
Payment via cash on delivery or bank transfer: no advance card payment required, and no card data is retained.
How to claim
- Please email [email protected] stating your order reference number.
- We will provide a return authorisation code and the destination address within one business day.
- Dispatch the parcel; the refund will be confirmed promptly upon receipt at our workshop.
