The following conditions govern every transaction placed through festivetreecraft.online, maintained by Festivetreecraft Ltd.. Confirming an order denotes your acceptance of these terms, which should be reviewed alongside our Delivery, Returns, and Privacy statements.

The goods
Handcrafted holiday ornaments, glass and wooden Christmas tree decorations, seasonal door wreaths, table centerpieces, and decorative indoor festive displays. Individual product listings specify the contents, quantity, and artisan form of each item. Photographs serve as general representations; final packaging presentation may exhibit slight variations.
Ordering and contract
An order is deemed submitted once the checkout stage is finalized. An email confirmation will follow, though the sales agreement formally concludes only upon the dispatch of your goods. We reserve the authority to decline orders in instances of depleted stock or unverified details, in which case any collected funds will be promptly reimbursed.
Prices and payment
Listed sums appear in GBP and incorporate statutory VAT where applicable. Carriage charges are stated in the checkout overview prior to final settlement. Acceptable arrangements: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Should an evident typographical pricing error occur, we reserve the right to correct the amount before dispatch and invite you either to confirm or cancel the purchase.
Delivery

Product images and colours
Our photographs represent the actual artisanal pieces we dispatch. Because display calibrations, browser configurations, and ambient lighting vary, minor variations in tone do not constitute a flaw, nor do they warrant complimentary return postage or reimbursement. Measurements, material compositions, and package contents are noted on every individual item page.
Transfer of risk
All pieces remain under our care until the carrier delivers them into your hands or to your designated representative at the specified address. The risk of loss or accidental harm transfers to you at that precise moment. Any outward transit damage must be recorded with the carrier immediately and communicated to us within 48 hours.
Returns and warranty
You are welcome to return items within 30 days of receipt in accordance with the terms on our Returns page. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all festive decor items are warranted to be of satisfactory quality, fit for domestic decorative purpose, and as described for up to six months against structural or manufacturing defects.
- Customized, bespoke, or hand-inscribed holiday ornaments created to customer specifications
- Perishable seasonal items such as fresh fir foliage, natural mistletoe, or living wreaths
- Fragile seasonal decor unsealed or altered after delivery where original protective seals or brand tags have been removed
- Items that have been inseparably combined with other home furnishings post-delivery
- Digital craft guides, festive design printables, or assembly templates downloaded by the purchaser
Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from goods supplied will not exceed the total purchase price paid for the order, or £100, whichever figure is lesser. Nothing within these conditions shall restrict any statutory liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Age and use
Customers must be at least 18 years of age to submit an order. Items should be used strictly as indicated on their labelling; they do not serve as a replacement for professional medical counsel.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. Should a disagreement remain unresolved through mutual correspondence, jurisdiction falls to the competent court at the registered seat of the seller, without prejudice to the statutory rights granted to consumers in your country of residence.
