Festivetreecraft uses traditional soda glass blown into molds and painted with mineral pigments. Each piece is fitted with a secure metal cap and hanging loop. We avoid lightweight brittle plastics in our core bauble selections.

Select figurines made from dense, seasoned linden or beech wood that hold paint without peeling. Solid wood provides balanced weight on flat mantelpieces and table surfaces. Our workshop turns and decorates each nutcracker by hand.

A natural pine wreath hung outdoors in cool winter air will generally retain its green needles for several weeks. A light misting with water once a week helps keep the pine needles pliable. Direct indoor heat sources will cause the foliage to dry more quickly.

We accept cash on delivery directly to your courier upon arrival. Alternatively, you may pay by direct bank transfer using the instructions provided at checkout. We do not process card payments online or over the telephone.

All orders confirmed before our daily cut-off time of 15:00 on business days are packed immediately in our Norwich workshop. Parcels are secured in reinforced boxes to protect the glass and timber during transit. You will receive tracking details once the driver collects your parcel.

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is covered by the customer unless an ornament arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact our Norwich customer desk to receive return instructions.
